Hiring: Production Support Engineer / Application Support Analyst
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)
Experience: 10–12 Years
We are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer / Application Support Analyst to support critical enterprise applications and production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, application support experience, and the ability to manage incidents, monitor application health, and coordinate with cross-functional technology and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor production applications, operational dashboards, system health, and service availability.
- Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, impact assessment, escalation, and resolution.
- Debug application issues using Java logs, stack traces, SQL/PL-SQL queries, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor batch jobs, investigate failures, manage reruns, and validate processing results.
- Support Java-based applications, Spring Boot services, microservices, and Kafka integrations.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams to restore services quickly.
- Support AWS-hosted applications and monitor operational metrics and alerts.
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, knowledge articles, and post-incident reports.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
