We are seeking an experienced Spotfire Developer to support one of our pharmaceutical clients in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing TIBCO Spotfire dashboards and analytical applications using clinical, safety, PK/PD, and real-world evidence data.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design, develop, and maintain TIBCO Spotfire dashboards and analytical applications
β’ Connect Spotfire with SQL, SAS, cloud data sources, and healthcare data platforms
β’ Work with clinical data structured around CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards
β’ Develop IronPython/Python scripts and custom Spotfire expressions
β’ Build PK/PD visualizations including exposure-response, concentration-time, and dose-response analyses
β’ Develop pharmacovigilance (PV) and safety dashboards for AE/SAE review, signal detection, and safety monitoring
β’ Partner with biostatisticians, clinical programmers, data managers, clinical pharmacology, and drug safety teams
β’ Optimize Spotfire dashboards for large clinical and longitudinal datasets
β’ Troubleshoot data connectivity, refresh, and dashboard performance issues
β’ Support validation, documentation, and change-control activities in a GxP-regulated environment
πΉ Required Skills:

5+ years of hands-on TIBCO Spotfire development
β
Strong SQL skills
β
Hands-on IronPython/Python scripting within Spotfire
β
Experience with clinical, healthcare, or RWE data
β
Knowledge of CDISC SDTM/ADaM
β
Experience with PK/PD analytics and visualization
β
Experience with pharmacovigilance / safety analytics
β
AE/SAE review and safety monitoring experience
β
Strong stakeholder/client-facing communication skills
β
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
πΉ Preferred:
β’ Spotfire Consultant-level certification
β’ 21 CFR Part 11 / validated systems experience
β’ R, Snowflake, or AWS experience
β’ Pharmaceutical or CRO client-site experience
β’ NCA / population PK/PD exposure
β’ MedDRA / WHO-DD knowledge
β’ DSUR/PBRER and standard safety outputs experience
Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
