Location: Phoenix, AZ OR Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Salesforce & nCino Developer to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support secure and scalable enterprise lending solutions built on the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with nCino, Salesforce Configuration, Salesforce Development & Customization, Lightning/LWC, Integrations, and Salesforce Security/Sharing, preferably within Banking, Commercial Lending, or Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, develop, implement, and support solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce
• Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement, and Portfolio Management
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce
• Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, approval processes, and security settings
• Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce/nCino and external applications
• Perform data mapping, migration, transformation, and data quality activities
• Implement Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and visibility controls
• Develop reports, dashboards, and UI enhancements
• Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, release management, and production support
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Strong hands-on experience with the nCino platform
• Strong Salesforce Configuration and Development experience
• Experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC/Aura
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and visibility
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Commercial Lending preferred
• Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC practices
Preferred Certifications:
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
• nCino 201 / 301
Nice to Have:
• Commercial Lending / Loan Origination experience
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• AutoRABIT, GitHub, Jenkins

Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
