Mainframe Scheduler Migration Specialist
Location: Remote
Total Experience: 15+
Key Requirements:
-5+ years of experience with Mainframe z/OS / OS/390.
-5+ years of hands-on IBM Z Workload Scheduler / Tivoli Workload Scheduler.
-Strong TSO/ISPF experience.
-Excellent JCL knowledge.
-Experience with batch scheduling migration/conversion is highly preferred.
-Knowledge of CA-7, CA-ESP, BMC Control-M, Jobtrac, Zeke/Zebb is a plus.
-Experience with Dynamic Workload Console (DWC) is advantageous.
-REXX or Workload Automation Programming Language experience is a plus.
-Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
What You'll Do:
-Support migration of existing Mainframe scheduling products to IBM Z Workload Scheduler.
-Monitor and troubleshoot workloads using ISPF.
-Analyze scheduling reports and identify migration issues/corrective actions.
-Document migration activities and solutions.
-Collaborate with project teams, customers, contractors, and internal technical teams.

Compensation: $50.00 - $50.00 per hour
