We're looking for an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead the development of next-generation Android XR hardware platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional engineering teams and drive innovative products from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of Android XR hardware platforms.
β Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and suppliers.
β Manage hardware NPI (New Product Introduction) builds and product development milestones.
β Own program schedules, budgets, resource planning, and risk management.
β Lead phase-gate reviews and ensure successful product launches.
β Coordinate with global development partners and manage build execution.
β Resolve technical and program risks while keeping projects on schedule.
β Drive process improvements to enhance product development efficiency.
β Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and suppliers.

Required Qualifications
βοΈ 8+ years of overall professional experience.
βοΈ 5+ years of Hardware Engineering Program Management, Product Design Engineering, or related experience.
βοΈ Strong Consumer Electronics Hardware experience (required).
βοΈ Hands-on experience with Hardware NPI Build Management.
βοΈ Experience managing the complete product development lifecycle and phase-gate process.
βοΈ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
βοΈ Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and external vendors.
βοΈ Ability to travel internationally up to 20%.
βοΈ 5+ years of Hardware Engineering Program Management, Product Design Engineering, or related experience.
βοΈ Strong Consumer Electronics Hardware experience (required).
βοΈ Hands-on experience with Hardware NPI Build Management.
βοΈ Experience managing the complete product development lifecycle and phase-gate process.
